Huu Le Communal House received the provincial historical relic certificate

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 16, the People's Committee of Anh Son district (Nghe An) held a ceremony to receive the certificate of ranking as a provincial historical relic for Huu Le communal house, Tao Son commune, Anh Son district.

Huu Le Communal House was built in the early 17th century. More than 400 years have passed, but the communal house still retains its original, ancient features.

The communal house consists of 3 compartments and 2 wings, yin-yang tiled roof, and a system of ironwood structures that are elaborately and delicately carved with dragon and phoenix motifs. The upper part of the temple consists of 1 compartment and 2 side panels; the worshiping house has 3 compartments and 2 side panels, 14m long and 8m wide.

People of Tao Son and Anh Son happily received the certificate of recognition as a relic for Huu Le communal house.

In particular, Huu Le communal house still preserves intact 16 royal decrees of the Nguyen Dynasty kings, including: Tu Duc, Dong Khanh, Minh Mang, Duy Tan, Khai Dinh. During the war, the communal house was the base of revolutionary activities of local cadres, and a place to hide weapons of the army serving the resistance. During peacetime, the communal house is a place for activities, meetings and organizing important ceremonies of Huu Le village.

At the ceremony, representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An province awarded the Certificate of recognition as a provincial historical relic to Huu Le communal house.
