According to the plan, from now until April 15, grassroots Party organizations will summarize 5 years of implementing Directive 03 and commend advanced models in the period 2011 - 2016. Do Luong district will organize the summary on April 26.

The summary of 5 years of implementing Directive 03 aims to continue raising awareness and organizing the implementation of following Ho Chi Minh's ideology and moral example among cadres, party members and the masses, contributing to the successful implementation of resolutions of Party congresses at all levels.

At the same time, the assessment of the implementation results of Directive 03 should be linked to the prevention of ideological, moral and lifestyle degradation of cadres and party members, and the commendation and reward of outstanding collectives and individuals to encourage, motivate and replicate the achieved results.
