Do Luong: Gifts given to 17 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 7th, the Do Luong Education Promotion Association visited and presented gifts to 17 disadvantaged students in Dai Son commune.

The Chairman of the Do Luong Education Promotion Association and representatives from the Education Department presented gifts to the students.

The children receiving gifts this time are students from Dai Son 1 and Dai Son 2 Primary Schools, all from very disadvantaged families. Each gift package, worth 200,000 VND, is intended to help them buy pens, books, and notebooks for the new school year.

Reportedly, prior to the start of the 2016-2017 school year, the Do Luong Education Promotion Association donated dozens of gifts to support poor students and those from disadvantaged backgrounds in the district.
