Do My Linh is a judge of Miss Vietnam 2018
The beauty was chosen to judge the national beauty contest because of her active social activities and maintaining a good image during her two years holding the crown.
My Linh is the first reigning beauty queen to become a judge of a national beauty pageant. The organizers shared: "Do My Linh is one of the beauty queens who actively works in many fields: entertainment, charity, and society. ProjectCarrying electricity to the villagehelped My Linh win the Miss Charity award at Miss World 2017 and create a buzz in the country. In terms of life, she brings a positive image, no scandals and lives optimistically, creating a lot of sympathy during her two years in office." In addition to her, the organizing committee will invite two more beauty queens to sit in the "hot" seat but have not revealed their names.

Miss Vietnam 2018 is held in a similar format to Miss World. Therefore, the organizers hope that My Linh’s experience in this competition will help her make fair assessments and choose the right candidate for the new title.
Do My Linh is on a business trip to the US and Canada. She shared: “When I was crowned, there were mixed opinions, and this time will certainly be the same. But over the past time, I am very happy because everyone has recognized my efforts. As a judge, I will also try my best, using my own experiences to fulfill the responsibility that the organizing committee has entrusted me with.”
My Linh was born in 1996 and is a student at the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi. She is 1.71 m tall, weighs 52 kg, and has body measurements of 87-61-94 cm. After being crowned Miss Vietnam, she has been the face of many charity, community, and brand activities. In 2017, the beauty represented Vietnam in the Miss World contest, entered the top 40, and won the Miss Charity award for the project "Carrying electricity to the village in Yen Bai". In the same year, she won the Best Face award organized by a fashion magazine. My Linh is about to graduate from university and is working as an MC for several television programs to hone her communication skills.

The Miss Vietnam 2018 contest is in the recruitment stage. This year, the organizing committee accepts online applications in addition to registration locations. The Southern preliminary round takes place on June 10 in Ho Chi Minh City. The final round takes place from mid-August to the end of September in Ha Long, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
