Model urban areas are gradually taking shape in western Nghe An province.

Despite the cold weather, the TNR Stars Thai Hoa project site is bustling with workers and machinery, working day and night. Currently, the project's transportation infrastructure is almost complete; the internal roads in the Long Son sub-area have been paved with asphalt, and the underground electricity, public lighting, water, and drainage systems have also been completed.

Simultaneously, the project is underway to pave sidewalks and plant trees to green both sides of the road. Taiwanese banyan trees, flamboyant trees, crape myrtle trees, etc., have been selected to green the project.

The rows of shophouses – the focal point ofTNR Stars Thai HoaDesigned in an elegant and luxurious European style, the project also includes a shopping mall spanning over 3,000 square meters, currently under construction and expected to become a leading shopping, entertainment, and leisure center for residents in the area. The investor is currently devoting all resources to this project and expects to complete and hand it over to customers by mid-2021.

Next to it, also located on Hung Vuong Street, is the Vincom Shophouse Thai Hoa project, which is currently being rapidly developed. In collaboration with TNR Stars Thai Hoa, it will create a pioneering, bustling commercial and entertainment complex in Thai Hoa town.

Many other amenities of the project are also being urgently constructed, promising to bring a convenient and high-class life to the residents here, such as: European Square, outdoor BBQ area…
