Despite the cold weather, the TNR Stars Thai Hoa project construction site is bustling with workers and machinery, working day and night. Currently, the project's traffic infrastructure is almost complete, the internal road system in Long Son subdivision has been paved with asphalt, the underground electricity system, public electricity, underground water, and drainage systems have also been completed.

In parallel, the project is paving the sidewalks and planting trees on both sides of the road. Taiwan banyan trees, royal poinciana trees, and purple-flowered lagerstroemia trees are being selected to green the project.
