The delegation of provincial Party agencies and the Thanh Vinh ward delegation organized a trip to the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh.
On the occasion of the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2026), on the afternoon of May 8, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of Party agencies in Nghe An province, in coordination with the Youth Union of Thanh Vinh ward, organized a trip to the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh, combined with the implementation of social welfare activities in the area.

Participating in the program were Comrade Tran Quang Hoa – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Nghe An province; the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the Party agencies of the province, along with a large number of Youth Union members and young people from affiliated Youth Union branches. The activity aimed to propagate and educate about revolutionary traditions, cultivate ideals of life, and enhance the responsibility of young people in studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation held a ceremony to lay flowers and offer incense at the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site – the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh, expressing their profound respect and gratitude for his immense contributions to the Vietnamese revolutionary cause.
Following the incense offering ceremony, delegates and youth union members watched a documentary film about the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh. This contributed to educating them about patriotic traditions, fostering revolutionary ideals, and raising awareness among youth union members in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style.

As part of the program, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies' Youth Union presented 10 gifts to disadvantaged students at Nam Giang Primary School and donated a set of drums for the school's marching band, with a total value of 12 million VND.
These practical gifts not only help motivate students to overcome difficulties and excel in their studies, but also demonstrate the spirit of mutual support and responsibility of young people towards social welfare and caring for the younger generation.
