A delegation of planning officials from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam surveyed the operations of TH Group in Nghe An.
The first training course to update knowledge and skills for planning officials of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam visited and surveyed TH Group's production plants in Nghe An.
On August 15th, the training course on updating knowledge and skills for cadres slated to become members of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, led by Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac - Permanent Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, conducted a field study and survey in Nghe An province.
Receiving and working with the delegation on behalf of Nghe An province were: Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of departments, agencies, and Nghia Dan district.

Speaking at the meeting with the delegation, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - provided information on the results of the local agricultural development.
Nghe An is the province with the largest land area in the country, with 85% of its area being mountainous. Natural disasters such as storms, floods, and diseases significantly affect agricultural production. In recent years, the Party Committee, government, and people of the province have strived to maintain an agricultural growth rate of approximately 4.7% (in the last 5 years), 1.5 times higher than the national average. High-tech agricultural production accounts for nearly 10%.

According to Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu, Nghe An has identified the current trend as developing a green economy, a circular economy, and a knowledge-based economy. Sustainable agricultural development requires the application of science and technology and the knowledge-based economy. In recent times, Nghe An has attracted six high-tech agricultural projects.

Leading the way in this initiative, TH Group has adopted circular production processes from a very early stage. In TH Group's circular production chain, by-products and waste from one process become input materials for another, where the material's lifecycle is maintained for as long as possible before being released into the environment, thereby minimizing emissions. TH Group also fulfills its extended manufacturer responsibility for controlling environmental impact.

The Group is a pioneer in high-tech agriculture, green economy, and circular economy. TH Group's closed-loop production chain has contributed to changing traditional production methods, attracting the participation of local people, creating direct and indirect jobs for thousands of workers; increasing income, and making a significant contribution to the provincial budget.

Following a field visit and survey, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac - Standing Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, and head of the delegation, highly appreciated the contributions of TH Group to the development of Nghe An province and many other provinces and cities in Vietnam and internationally.
This is a typical model for the Government and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to consider implementing on a larger scale in the restructuring of the agricultural economy.

The delegation visited the Nui Tien Dairy Factory, Pure Water Factory, and Herbal and Fruit Juice Factory. Three production lines operate here, featuring the world's most advanced and modern technology, 100% automated, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly. They produce pure water, fruit juices, roasted rice drinks, herbal beverages, and more, using entirely natural ingredients and linked to the development of clean and safe raw material cultivation areas.

Next, the delegation visited the TH Group's dairy farm and observed the cow milking process in Nghia Dan district. TH Group currently owns a concentrated dairy herd of nearly 70,000 cows.
The TH Group's high-tech, concentrated dairy farming project, launched in October 2009, has been exceptionally successful, building the TH true MILK brand of fresh, clean milk into a national brand with international reach.

The project operates as a complete production chain from green pastures to a glass of clean milk, encompassing raw material areas, feed factories, dairy farms, milk processing plants, and the TH true mart distribution system.
The highlight is the TH dairy farm complex, comprising 3 clusters (9 farms), with nearly 70,000 dairy cows and an area of nearly 8,100 hectares, setting a record in 2020 for the world's largest cluster of high-tech, closed-loop dairy farms.

At the farm, all stages of cultivation and livestock farming utilize high technology, including the world's most advanced Afifarm herd management process from Israel; disease and veterinary management processes from New Zealand; clean water treatment processes and equipment from the Netherlands; wastewater and waste treatment processes and equipment from Japan, Israel, and the Netherlands; and a closed-loop automated milking system… Management activities and production data have been digitized, using artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
Currently, the TH true MILK brand of fresh, clean milk holds approximately 45% of the fresh milk market share in Vietnam with 120 product types, and has expanded its market to China and ASEAN countries. After Nghe An, Labor Hero Thai Huong continues to develop the high-tech dairy farming model in the provinces of Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Thanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Kon Tum, An Giang, and internationally with a dairy farming, milk processing, and agricultural projects in the Russian Federation.
