On the afternoon of May 16th, in Xieng Khouang province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, a special working group from Nghe An province, led by Colonel Nguyen Van An - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, and Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee 515 - visited and offered incense to commemorate the martyrs at the Martyrs' Remains Preservation House of the Remains Collection Team.

The delegation included leaders from the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Internal Affairs, and the Provincial Military Command.

At the Martyrs' Remains Preservation House of the Repatriation Team, the Nghe An Provincial Delegation offered incense, expressing boundless gratitude to the outstanding individuals who selflessly sacrificed their lives and blood for the noble revolutionary ideals and pure international solidarity.

Before the spirits of the heroic martyrs, the delegation pledged to continue preserving and promoting the great friendship and special solidarity between the two Parties, the two States, and the peoples of the two countries; determined to build Nghe An province into an increasingly prosperous homeland, making positive contributions to ensure that the Vietnam-Laos friendship "remains ever green and lasts forever."

Currently, the team is meticulously preparing all the remains, ensuring the most solemn ceremonies before transporting them back to Vietnam.
