The delegation of the Provincial People's Council met with voters in Tan Ky district.
(Baonghean.vn) - On November 17th, the delegation of the 18th term of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council held a meeting with voters in Nghia Phuc and Tan Xuan communes, Tan Ky district.
The delegation included Mr. Tran Ngoc Son - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief Justice of the Nghe An Provincial People's Court; Mr. Pham Thanh Chung - Head of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council; and Ms. Le Thi Theu - Vice Chairperson of the Tan Ky District People's Council.

During the meeting, voters in Nghia Phuc commune made several suggestions and expressed their aspirations, including: the need for attention and investment in upgrading some rural bridges; the high cost of many medicines not covered by health insurance; numerous shortcomings in the transfer of land use rights certificates; and the increasing difficulties faced by ethnic minorities due to the discontinuation of Program 135.

Voters in Tan Xuan Commune raised concerns about the low allowances for village and hamlet officials, the impact of waste from the rubber processing plant of Song Con Agricultural Joint Stock Company on people's health and lives, and issues such as oversized and overloaded vehicles, environmental protection, etc.
After listening to and considering the opinions of the voters, representatives of the Provincial People's Council delegation and local leaders explained the issues within their authority as prescribed, and will forward the legitimate opinions of the voters to the relevant departments and to the upcoming sessions of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council and the District People's Council.

On this occasion, the delegation also presented 40 gift packages (each worth 1 million VND) to policy beneficiary families and poor households in Nghia Phuc and Tan Xuan communes.
