The provincial National Assembly delegation visited and extended New Year greetings to healthcare facilities.
On the morning of February 12th, the delegation of the National Assembly of Nghe An province visited and extended New Year greetings to the staff, employees, and patients receiving treatment at Nghe An Eye Hospital and Vinh City General Hospital.
During the Lunar New Year visit to healthcare facilities, National Assembly delegates included: Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An Province; and Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The delegation visited, presented gifts, and extended New Year greetings to the staff, workers, doctors, nurses, and patients of Nghe An Eye Hospital and Vinh City General Hospital.
On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Van Thanh acknowledged the achievements of the hospitals in overcoming difficulties over the past year, while also sharing the common challenges faced by the province's health sector. National Assembly representative Thai Van Thanh expressed his hope that the hospital leaders, staff, and doctors would continuously improve their professional skills and expertise, serve the people with dedication and commitment, enhance the quality of medical examination and treatment, and uphold a strong sense of responsibility, especially regarding medical ethics, embodying the principle of "a good doctor is like a loving mother."
In parallel, continued attention should be paid to patients from families receiving preferential treatment, war veterans, impoverished households, and patients with serious illnesses undergoing treatment during the Tet holiday, who need timely encouragement and visits.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, National Assembly Representative Thai Van Thanh sends his best wishes to the staff and medical team working at hospitals for a prosperous and healthy new year, with high determination to overcome difficulties and strive for new successes in the health sector, excellently fulfilling assigned tasks and contributing to the overall development of the province.
