The delegation from Nghe An province participated in 31 speeches, contributing opinions in committee meetings and in the plenary session on draft laws and resolutions, focusing on content that was not in line with the practical situation or that overlapped or conflicted with existing legal documents; and proposing many key solutions for socio-economic development.
At the conference, voters raised 14 issues covering various topics such as: investment in the construction of the commune's office building; completion of the water treatment plant in the former Dien Minh commune; the deterioration of the internal irrigation and transportation systems; support for farmers in production and product consumption; and the need for hamlet mergers to be in line with local customs, traditions, and population.

After listening to the voters' questions, Mr. Tran Nhat Minh – a full-time National Assembly representative from the Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly – and representatives from various departments and agencies acknowledged, accepted, and responded to them, and will forward the opinions and recommendations to the relevant authorities for resolution.
