This is an activity in response to the movement "I love my Fatherland" launched by the Youth Union of the Provincial Military Command.
Attending the program were Major General Nguyen Duc Hoa - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4; Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, along with leaders of the Provincial Youth Union and Cua Lo Town Party Committee.

At the ceremony, the Youth Union of the Provincial Military Command presented 2,000 national flags to fishermen in Cua Lo town and 20 gifts to 20 households in difficult circumstances; 5 bicycles to 5 poor students who overcame difficulties to study well.
This is an activity of great spiritual significance, strengthening solidarity and cohesion among union members, youth of the provincial armed forces, socio-political organizations and fishermen; thereby encouraging fishermen to actively go offshore, increase seafood exploitation, and at the same time contribute to maintaining the sovereignty of the homeland's sea and islands.

Movement "I love my Fatherland" -Giving national flags to fishermen at sea was started by the Youth Union of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command in mid-2016. Up to now, the Provincial Youth Union of the Military has coordinated with Solidarity organizations to give 20,000 flags and hundreds of gifts to fishermen in coastal districts and towns in the province: Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Nghi Loc, Cua Lo, Hoang Mai.
