Youth Union builds houses for poor and lonely households

(Baonghean.vn) - The Youth Union of Thach Ngan commune (Con Cuong) has just mobilized youth union members to build a house for Mr. Vi Van Duong's family in Ba Ha village, a poor single-parent household.

Mr. Vi Van Duong's family is a poor single-family household, the elderly couple are no longer able to work, living on monthly allowances. Faced with that situation, from the support of 20 million VND from the District Fatherland Front Committee, the Youth Union of Thach Ngan commune mobilized youth union members in Ba Ha village to help with dozens of working days of transporting materials, completing the two-room tiled house for Mr. Duong's family.

Although it is a remote commune with many difficulties, in recent years, the Youth Union of Thach Ngan commune has had many activities bearing the mark of solidarity and initiative.
