The Youth Union of Vinh City People's Committee helps apartment residents obtain land ownership certificates ("red books").

This is an activityImplementing the policy of the Vinh City People's Committee to accelerate the issuance of land use right certificates and house ownership certificates in apartment buildings and townhouses in the city, creating peace of mind for people, especially in resettlement areas, while contributing to promoting the "Saturday and Sunday for the People" movement; and strengthening the participation of young people in administrative procedure reform.

The CT2A and CT2B resettlement buildings (Block 2, Quang Trung Ward, Vinh City) have 214 apartments, of which 165 households are resettled from buildings A6 and A1, some households from building A5 of the Quang Trung apartment complex, and some households who purchased commercial housing to live there.

The apartments in these two buildings were handed over to residents by the Project Management Board of Quang Trung Petroleum Urban Investment Joint Stock Company starting in July 2017.

In order to expedite the process of issuing land use right certificates and house ownership certificates to households in this area, the Youth Union of the Vinh City People's Committee mobilized 30 youth union members to coordinate and advise 130 households (who have completed their financial obligations) on filling out application forms for land use right certificates and house ownership certificates, and to provide advice on land-related procedures.

Mr. Tran Nam Son – Head of the Land Use Rights Registration Department, Office of Land Use Rights Registration, and Secretary of the Youth Union of Vinh City People's Committee, said: “After one day of guiding the households resettled in CT2A and CT2B apartment buildings to complete the procedures and files, the City Youth Union will assign its members to work overtime to promptly complete and process all these files. It is expected that within about 3 weeks, land use rights certificates and house ownership certificates will be issued to 130 households here.”

In the coming period, the Youth Union of the Vinh City People's Committee will continue to coordinate with local authorities and investors of apartment projects in the area to further guide theResidents are filling out applications for land use rights certificates and house ownership certificates; and receiving advice on land-related procedures in several other apartment complexes.
