Quân, 29 years old, residing in Trà Cổ ward, Móng Cái city, was detained by Móng Cái City Police (Quảng Ninh province) for investigation into a murder that occurred on the afternoon of November 12th.

Quân claimed the conflict had been building for over a month before Mr. Đề cut down a tree that fell onto his house.
At noon on November 12th, seeing Mr. De standing near his house, Quan aggressively rushed towards him. After committing the crime, the suspect covered the victim's body with a blanket and then went to the police station to surrender.
