The stone bridge in Trung Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, is a unique architectural structure spanning Bau Ruoc, over 200 years old, connecting the two communes of Trung Thanh and Nam Thanh.

Locals still recount the story: In the 19th century, Mr. Nguyen Van Ba, originally from Ha Tinh province, came to settle in the area and voluntarily contributed money and labor, and mobilized the people to donate to build a bridge. Mr. Ba himself contributed 3 buffaloes and 3 cows to the bridge construction.

Mr. Tran Van Lam, an elderly resident of Trung Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, said: "The elders used to say that Mr. Ba saw that the villagers had difficulty traveling across Bau Ruoc, so he went around collecting donations from benefactors in the area, and then used that money to hire workers to go to the Len Co quarry (Nam Thanh commune) to quarry stone to build a bridge."

The bridge surface is polished smooth without any patterns.
