Unique mural road of new rural commune in Nghe An

With creative ideas, for a green - clean - beautiful road, in just a short time, amateur artists have transformed the old moldy fence of the Medical Station along Nghia Dong commune road into beautiful murals.

Under the strokes of skillful hands, the mural road with impressive and vivid colors gradually appears. Mr. Nguyen Viet Tien - Secretary of the Youth Union of Hamlet 4A, Nghia Dong Commune, Tan Ky District said: "Each painting has a different theme, through which we want to send a message to everyone, each youth union member to raise awareness of building the homeland; stay away from social evils such as drugs, prostitution, gambling....".

The paintings depicting the countryside landscape: happy families; the changing appearance of the countryside thanks to the construction of new rural areas; the harmful effects of drug abuse... are displayed on the concrete wall along the road, bringing excitement to the people here.

This meaningful work of the youth of Nghia Dong commune has received the support of many people, local authorities and Party committees; the People's Committee of the commune has supported the cost of purchasing materials, and the youth union members actively and voluntarily participated in the workday.

Talking about the idea of ​​implementing the mural road, Mr. Tran Ngoc Duc - Secretary of the Youth Union of Nghia Dong commune, Tan Ky district said:“For a clean and green environment, the Commune Youth Union has advised the Commune People's Committee to implement a mural road on the road that the youth are responsible for taking care of... In the coming time, we will continue to replicate mural roads like this at commune centers, cultural houses, and schools to contribute to building a model new rural commune."
