Ms. Hien said that in 2018, when she went to the brick factory and saw the plastic straps that tied the bricks lying around, she picked them up, cleaned them, and straightened them to make weaving materials to replace bamboo, rattan, etc. After that, many households in the village also followed the profession. Currently, there are about ten households in the commune weaving blinds and curtains. The demand from customers has increased, many people use this material for weaving, so Ms. Hien and other households have to buy new plastic straps to ensure quality and proactively source raw materials.
