Innovation and eliminating dependence and reliance in poor districts under Decree 30a.

Project No. 07-DA/HU dated March 8, 2022, on “eliminating conservative, passive, and dependent thinking among cadres, Party members, and the general public” is one of seven important projects in the Action Program implementing the Resolution of the 27th Party Congress of Tuong Duong District, term 2020-2025. The project, when implemented, strongly encourages the mindset of daring to think, daring to act, and daring to take responsibility among cadres, Party members, and the people. This creates a transformation from awareness to action throughout the entire political system, especially among leaders.
