Using a stolen motorbike, the couple rode along various city streets to rob people of their belongings.
On March 19, the Hue City Police (Thua Thien Hue province) announced the arrest of Truong Ngoc Quoc Bao (36 years old) and Pham Thi Yen Nhi (21 years old, both residing in Thuan Thanh ward, Hue City) for robbery and theft.

A week ago, this couple snatched a girl's handbag on Ba Trieu Street, which contained an iPhone 7 Plus. On the same day, Bao, riding a motorbike with Nhi as a passenger, snatched a bag from someone on Hai Ba Trung Street, which contained a laptop. However, the soldier fell off his motorbike and abandoned the bag to escape.
In addition to the two robberies mentioned above, the couple confessed to committing numerous other thefts in Hue City and neighboring districts and towns, stealing two motorbikes and several mobile phones. They used the stolen motorbikes to commit robberies on the streets.
Bao and Nhi are currently addicted to drugs.
