Nghia Dan Commune changed cards for more than 1,200 party members

On August 9, the Party Committee of Nghia Dan Commune, Nghe An Province organized a party membership card exchange for the entire Party Committee of the commune. This is one of the first units in Nghe An Province to organize the exchange of party membership cards.
