The Nghe An diving team won 8 medals and broke 3 Southeast Asian records.
The recently concluded Asian Junior Diving Championships and Southeast Asian Diving Championships in Indonesia witnessed a truly proud achievement for the Nghe An Diving Team. Not only did they win 8 medals (6 gold and 2 silver), but the Nghe An athletes also made a major breakthrough by breaking 3 Southeast Asian records (1 individual and 2 relay).

Breaking three Southeast Asian records not only affirms the superiority of the athletes but also demonstrates the quality of systematic training and coaching provided by the coaching staff of the Nghe An Sports Training and Competition Center, contributing to elevating the province's sports level.

Specifically, athlete Nguyen Tu Anh from Nghe An had an explosive tournament, winning 4 gold medals and making a significant contribution to setting new Southeast Asian diving records.

Athlete Nguyen Trong Dung also displayed outstanding form with 2 gold medals and 2 silver medals, being a key factor in the events that led to breakthroughs in performance.

This good news, especially on November 20th - Vietnamese Teachers' Day, is a great and meaningful gift for the coaches and teachers who have silently dedicated themselves to guiding and supporting the athletes on their journey to conquer the highest peaks. This brilliant achievement will be a strong motivation for the team to continue striving and being more determined in future tournaments, helping Nghe An sports to further reach regional prominence.
