Nam Can Border Guard Station, My Ly, expresses gratitude to families entitled to preferential policies.
(Baonghean.vn) - In anticipation of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27th, the Nam Can and My Ly border guard posts in Ky Son district organized many practical activities to express gratitude to policy beneficiary families in their assigned areas.

For the Nam Can Border Guard Station, activities to show gratitude to policy beneficiaries and those who have contributed to the revolution are carried out in many forms, such as: advising and coordinating with local Party committees and authorities to widely disseminate the Party and State's policies on war invalids and martyrs through local media.
In addition, the officers and soldiers of the outpost contributed funds to organize seminars and tặng gifts to the families of policy beneficiaries of the unit, including 7 gifts worth 400,000 VND each, for the children of martyrs, wounded soldiers, and sick soldiers. They also gave 5 gifts worth 300,000 VND each to policy beneficiary families in the area.

At My Ly Border Guard Post, the officers and soldiers also contributed their labor and funds to the project.Repairing 3 houses, donating 20 gift packages worth 2.4 million VND to 9 policy beneficiary families in Bac Ly commune and 11 relatives of martyrs in My Ly commune, and donating 6 piglets to poor households.
In addition, My Ly Border Guard Station also organized free medical examinations and provided free medicine to hundreds of people, contributing to the healthcare of the people and gradually affirming the positive role of the border guard force in the socio-economic development and national defense and security in border areas.
