Receiving and burying the remains of fallen soldiers back in their homeland of Nghi Loc.
On the morning of December 14th, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Quan Hanh town, Nghi Loc district, along with the family of the fallen soldier, solemnly organized a ceremony to receive and rebury the remains of fallen soldier Nguyen Van Tieu in his homeland.
Martyr Nguyen Van Tieu (born in 1953) was born in Block 3, Quan Hanh town, Nghi Loc district, into a poor family with six siblings. In August 1970, Comrade Nguyen Van Tieu volunteered to join the army and participate in the fight against the American imperialists.

While on duty, he bravely sacrificed his life on August 14, 1972, on the Southern Front. His remains were collected by his comrades and buried at the Binh Duong Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.

During the ceremony to receive the remains of the fallen soldier, the delegates respectfully bowed their heads, offered incense and flowers before the spirit of martyr Nguyen Van Tieu - an outstanding son of Nghi Loc who dedicated his youth to the Fatherland; and at the same time expressed their boundless gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed themselves for the country.
