US President Donald Trump admitted that he is increasingly reluctant to negotiate with Iran.

“Frankly, I find it more difficult to make a deal with Iran,” he told reporters on March 22.

He said again that the Iranian military should not have shot down a US drone. According to him, the US is ready “for the worst,” noting that Iran is in a difficult economic situation with 75% inflation.

“I will just sit and wait. Iran is a very poor country. Let's see what happens," he added.

On June 20, it was announced that a US drone that violated Iranian airspace was shot down by the Islamic Republic of Iran's air force in Hormozgan province.

Then on July 19, President Donald Trump announced that a US Navy ship had shot down an Iranian drone. According to the US leader, the drone was 900 meters away from the US ship in the Strait of Hormuz.
