Tho people in Tan Ky organize Provincial Solidarity Day
On the afternoon of November 8, Trung Do hamlet, Tan Hop commune, Tan Ky district organized the National Great Unity Day. This hamlet was chosen by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province to organize the model festival.
Attending the event were comrade Phan Sy Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, along with other comrades in the delegation. On the side of Tan Ky district, there were comrade Le Van Ngoc - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, along with leaders of Tan Ky district.

In the jubilant and exciting atmosphere of the National Great Unity Day in the residential area, delegates, cadres and people of Trung Do hamlet, Tan Hop commune reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front over 94 years of construction and growth; reviewed the implementation of patriotic emulation campaigns and movements and launched emulation movements in the area.

Trung Do Hamlet currently has 244 households with 1,042 people, of which Tho ethnic people account for 98%; People's lives still face many difficulties, the poverty rate is still high, accounting for 22%.
Over the past year, emulation movements, cultural and artistic activities, physical training and sports have been organized and maintained regularly; Traditional cultural values and cultural identities of the Tho ethnic group have been preserved and promoted. People in the village are always united, supporting and helping each other, promoting the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude", "Mutual love and affection".

Typically, the hamlet supported 244 working days to build a house for a household and contributed 16.5 million VND in cash to support the construction of houses for poor households according to Directive No. 21 of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; People contributed more than 42 million VND to build electric lighting lines and flag lines on the main roads of the hamlet. At the same time, 14,100m2 of land was donated to expand the traffic route from Trung Do hamlet to Chau Ly commune, Quy Hop district.
Sharing joy with the people on the National Great Unity Day, comrade Phan Sy Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province praised the solidarity spirit of the people in the hamlet in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws. At the same time, he hoped that the cadres and people of Trung Do hamlet would continue to care for the cause of national great unity, create social consensus to help each other develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, get rich legally, contributing to the successful implementation of economic and social goals, and building new rural areas.

On this occasion, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Phan Sy Cuong presented gifts and congratulated the officials and people of Trung Do hamlet. He also presented 10 gifts to poor households in the hamlet, each worth 1 million VND.
Here, the leaders of Tan Ky district presented gifts, congratulated the cadres and people of Trung Do hamlet; at the same time presented 10 gifts to 10 poor households in Trung Do hamlet, each gift worth 500 thousand VND.

Next, leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and leaders of Tan Ky district participated in planting souvenir trees at the Trung Do hamlet cultural house.
