Comrade Cao Thi Hien attended the Party branch meeting in Nghia Dan.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 7th, Ms. Cao Thi Hien, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, attended a meeting at the Tan Hoa Block Party Branch, Nghia Dan Town Party Committee.

The Tan Hoa block Party branch has 93 members, of which 52 are registered members under Decision 76. Originally composed of cadres and workers from the 1/5 State Farm who gathered and formed the Tan Hoa block, the households living in the Tan Hoa block are mainly retired people.
The process of leading and directing the implementation of the Party branch's political tasks has received high consensus from cadres, Party members, and the people in the area.
In economic development, the people have actively supported the Party branch's policies in developing and expanding services and trade, introducing economically valuable rice varieties into production, renovating neglected gardens, and increasing the value and income of the people.

Currently, out of a total of 146 households with 549 inhabitants, only 4 households remain poor, accounting for 2.7%. The movement to build a civilized urban area has also been actively supported by the people with many practical actions, such as contributing to expanding and building rural roads with concrete, constructing a spacious cultural center, maintaining a civilized urban lifestyle, and ensuring environmental hygiene in each household and community.
Activities to show gratitude and care for families of those who rendered meritorious services to the revolution, as well as poor and disadvantaged families, are given attention and guidance by the Party branch, fostering a high sense of responsibility within the community. Tan Hoa block is also a residential area with vibrant cultural, sports, and spiritual movements; creating conditions and an environment for strong community cohesion…

The Party branch also focuses on identifying, nurturing, and admitting new Party members. During the 2015-2017 term, the branch admitted 3 new Party members, and during the 2017-2020 term, it admitted 1 more new Party member.
At the regular August 2018 meeting, the Tan Hoa Block Party Branch focused on discussing key tasks for the month, including organizing the study and implementation of Resolution No. 7 of the Central Committee (12th Congress); focusing on Party building work, especially innovating and improving Party branch activities to enhance quality through thematic discussions; and developing new Party members to create a successor pool for the Party as the number of older members increases…

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Cao Thi Hien – Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council – affirmed: For the Party to be strong, each Party organization must be strong, especially each Party branch. Therefore, in recent years, the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels have paid great attention to caring for Party branches, especially those at risk of ceasing to exist or those at risk of losing Party members; and have implemented many solutions to improve the quality of Party branch activities throughout the province.
Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien also requested the Party Committee of Tan Hoa Block to continue to research and propose solutions to improve the quality of Party branch activities, linking them with specific and practical thematic activities; upholding the exemplary role and leadership of Party members, while also establishing strict regulations for managing and supervising Party members, doing a good job of criticism and self-criticism, as a basis for accurately evaluating and classifying the quality of Party members, creating motivation among Party members.
Party committees and branches also need to focus on leading the work of developing new party members, supplementing the Party's resources; paying attention to leading good ideological work among cadres, party members and the people.
