Comrade Doan Hong Vu holds the position of Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Attending the ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Cao Thi Hien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Minh Thong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Hong Vinh - Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, along with representatives from provincial departments and agencies.

At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Minh Thong presented Decision No. 1969/QD-UBND dated May 22, 2018, of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of Comrade Doan Hong Vu – Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoang Mai Town – to the position of Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed: Having held many positions, the comrade has made many positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the province.

Being entrusted with this new responsibility by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee is both an honor and a heavy responsibility. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Minh Thong requested the new Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to continue to unite, dedicate himself, and live up to the trust of the provincial leadership and the officials and staff of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Also at the ceremony, on behalf of the provincial leadership, Comrade Le Minh Thong presented flowers to congratulate Comrade Nguyen Bang Toan - former Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs - on his retirement.
