Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu visited and congratulated several medical facilities in the province.
To commemorate the 71st anniversary of Vietnam Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2026), on the afternoon of February 24, a delegation from the province, led by Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visited, presented gifts, and congratulated the medical staff of Dien Chau General Hospital and Military Hospital 4.

Joining the delegation were Comrade Dinh Bat Van - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; members of the Provincial Party Committee: Bui Duy Son - Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Thi Thom - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; and leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Department of Health.

Visiting, encouraging, and congratulating the medical staff of Dien Chau General Hospital, on behalf of the provincial delegation, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - acknowledged the efforts of the hospital's staff in improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, as well as the spirit and attitude of service, to meet the healthcare needs of the people.

Emphasizing the importance of people's healthcare, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu also affirmed: The Politburo's issuance of Resolution 72 on breakthrough solutions in people's healthcare and protection continues to place higher demands on this task; requiring the Nghe An Health sector in general and Dien Chau General Hospital in particular to continue to unite and strive to excellently fulfill their duties.

Along with investing in infrastructure and equipment, in which the province will be responsible for supporting the hospital, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu stated that, in terms of professional skills, competence, spirit, attitude, and medical ethics, each medical staff member must always be conscious of training and self-training, especially in accessing new, difficult, and specialized techniques; at the same time, they must always cultivate medical ethics; each medical staff member must always feel happy and joyful when each patient comes to and leaves the hospital feeling healthier and happier.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu also expressed his wish that the Board of Directors of Dien Chau General Hospital would continue to innovate its leadership and management methods, creating a good environment for staff to contribute.

During his visit to encourage and congratulate the medical staff of Military Hospital 4, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu expressed his joy at the achievements the hospital has made in recent times. Besides providing healthcare for military personnel, it is also a trusted address for people in Nghe An province to seek examination and treatment.

In parallel with providing healthcare to the people, the hospital also carries out many social welfare activities in the area, including providing free medical examinations and dispensing medicine to people in some localities; at the same time, it undertakes the task of training human resources for Laos, contributing to promoting the friendly cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu expressed his wish that Military Hospital 4 would continue to play a core role in strengthening the integration of military and civilian medicine, and military healthcare; actively participate in the community health network, proactively coordinate the implementation of the province's pre-hospital emergency medical system project, ensuring timely response to emergencies, and providing good healthcare for military personnel and the people.
