Comrade Le Hong Vinh holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee

The decision announcement ceremony was held by the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee on the morning of November 17. Comrade Hoang Dang Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee attended the decision presentation and delivered a speech assigning tasks.

The leaders of Nghe An province included comrades: Nguyen Khac Than - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments and branches.

The leaders of Quang Tri province include comrade Nguyen Van Phuong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, along with comrades in the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

In Decision No. 2527-QDNS/TW, dated November 14, 2025, the Secretariat decided: Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Presenting the decision and congratulating flowers, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang highly appreciated the working process of comrade Le Hong Vinh, a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and State management; determined, resolute, close to the grassroots and capable of gathering solidarity in agencies and units. In all positions, he always fulfilled assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the overall achievements and results of the locality, agency and unit.

The leaders of the Central Organizing Committee expressed their belief that in his new position, comrade Le Hong Vinh will continue to promote his experience, capacity, enthusiasm, responsibility, continue to learn, strive with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Comrade Hoang Dang Quang requested the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and leaders at all levels and sectors of Quang Tri province to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, sharing, and support Comrade Le Hong Vinh in his new position and responsibility; focus on leading and directing the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, continuing to bring Quang Tri to stronger development in the coming time.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, Le Hong Vinh, respectfully thanked the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Central Organizing Committee for entrusting him with the new responsibility; at the same time, he thanked the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Party Executive Committees of the two provinces of Quang Tri and Nghe An for supporting and creating favorable conditions for him to take up his duties at the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.

He expressed his honor to be assigned by the Central Committee to work in this land of outstanding people, rich in heroic historical traditions, blending the culture of Hoanh Son - Nhat Le, Ben Hai - Vinh Linh, the birthplace of outstanding revolutionary leaders such as the late General Secretary Le Duan, General Vo Nguyen Giap and the resting place of tens of thousands of heroic martyrs who heroically fell for peace and national reunification.

In the context that the whole country and Quang Tri province are urgently concretizing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, continuing to perfect the model, improving the efficiency of operating the 2-level local government, promoting decentralization and digital transformation, comrade Le Hong Vinh affirmed that he will strive to study, practice, inherit the experience of previous generations, promote the pioneering and exemplary spirit; learn about culture, closely follow the locality; respect and listen to the opinions of cadres, party members and people.

In his new position, he pledged to quickly grasp the tasks, comply with regulations, and carry out well the assignments of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee; unite with the collective to strive to realize the goal of building Quang Tri into a new growth pole in the Central region; and strive to become a fairly developed province by 2045, a unique energy, logistics and tourism center of the whole country.

He expressed his deepest gratitude to the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of Nghe An, his hometown, for nurturing and creating conditions for him to grow up; at the same time, he hoped to continue receiving the direction of the Central Committee, the companionship of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee and the support of cadres, party members and people to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

The new Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, Le Hong Vinh, will be introduced to the Quang Tri Provincial People's Council, term VIII, 2021-2026, to elect him as Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. This personnel transfer and arrangement is to implement the policy of arranging 100% of the positions of Chairman of the People's Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee and Chief Inspector of the province to be non-local people, to be completed before December 15, 2025 in Conclusion 201-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
