Comrade Le Van Giap holds the position of Chief of the Office of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.

On the afternoon of August 7th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Central Party Secretariat and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel matters. Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - presided over the ceremony.

Attending the meeting were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department has announced Decision No. 4026-QD/TU, dated July 21, 2025, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the transfer, assignment, and appointment of Comrade Le Van Giap - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee - to the position of Chief of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Office.

Also at the ceremony, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu presented Decision No. 2260-QDNS/TW of the Central Party Secretariat approving Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department - to participate in the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and hold the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - presented the decision, offered congratulatory flowers, and delivered a speech assigning duties to the new Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu congratulated Comrade Le Van Giap on his new assignment. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council stated that Comrade Le Van Giap has received a solid education, possesses high professional qualifications, and has held many positions and roles at both the local and provincial levels.

Comrade [Name] possesses extensive experience, particularly practical work experience at the grassroots level, the ability to synthesize information, grasp situations, handle complex and prominent issues, and has successfully completed assigned tasks.

Comrade Le Van Giap had worked for 20 years at the Provincial Inspectorate, was transferred to serve as Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Que Phong district for over 6 years, and then held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for nearly 5 years.

According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, regarding Comrade Le Van Giap's appointment as Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, although he has only recently taken up the position, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has already perceived a very positive transformation in the Provincial Party Committee Office's work in advising and proposing to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, as well as implementing tasks within its authority.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council stated that Comrade Le Van Giap assumed his new duties under very special circumstances. This was at a time when the political system was just beginning to implement a two-tiered local government structure; and precisely when the grassroots-level Party congresses were being held urgently, with the 20th Provincial Party Congress fast approaching.

At the same time, the entire political system and the whole population are making urgent efforts to overcome the consequences of typhoon No. 3, which caused great damage to the people of the Mekong Delta.

Comrade Le Van Giap's transfer and appointment today is a recognition and high appreciation from the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee for his capabilities, qualities, and contributions during his work; at the same time, it also reflects the expectation that comrades with their abilities and work experience will contribute even more to advising, proposing, and implementing tasks for the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Furthermore, it is crucial to inspire subordinates to work effectively.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Hoang Nghia Hieu, expressed his hope and request that the newly appointed comrade clearly understand that this is both an honor and a great responsibility, and continue to cultivate and enhance his political acumen; maintain revolutionary qualities and ethics; continue to develop his abilities, strengths, and accumulated knowledge; and promote the spirit of "daring to think, daring to act, daring to take responsibility, and innovating for the common good."

In his acceptance speech, Comrade Le Van Giap, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, expressed his honor and acknowledged his responsibility to meet the expectations and desires of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and relevant agencies.
