Comrade Nguyen Viet Hung was nominated by consensus to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province.
On the morning of January 8th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held its second conference of the 2025-2030 term to consult and elect additional members and Vice-Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, along with other Vice Chairpersons of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, presided over the conference.
Attending the conference were Comrade Thai Van Thanh – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of provincial departments and agencies; and members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, 16th term, 2025-2030.
Based on the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Project No. 51-DA/TU dated June 25, 2025, of the Provincial Party Committee on “Arranging and streamlining the Vietnam Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, and mass associations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial and commune levels” and Notice No. 96-TB/TU dated December 3, 2025, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work, along with Decision No. 2262-QD/HNDTW dated December 12, 2025, of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association on the appointment to the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association, 11th term, 2025-2030; the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province submitted to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee at its second meeting the content of the consultation for the supplementary election of Comrade [Name of person]. Nguyen Viet Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association - has been elected as a member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, 16th term, 2025-2030.
Subsequently, the conference also deliberated and elected Comrade Nguyen Viet Hung to the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, 16th term, 2025-2030..
Currently, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has 10 members, including 1 Chairman, 1 Standing Vice Chairman, and 8 Vice Chairmen.
