On the morning of March 3rd, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee regarding the transfer and appointment of Directors and Deputy Directors of departments following the reorganization and merger.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Internal Affairs announced Resolution 07/NQ-HĐND of the Provincial People's Council on the establishment of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee. According to the resolution, the Department of Construction was established by merging the Department of Construction and the Department of Transport.
