Comrade Pham Trong Hoang has been appointed Head of the Organization Department of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued Decision No. 18-QD/TU on personnel matters within its authority. Comrade Pham Trong Hoang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, has been transferred, assigned, and appointed to the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department.
The decision, signed by the Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Trung on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, takes effect from October 16, 2025.
Comrade Pham Trong Hoang has been appointed Head of the Organization Department of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, replacing Comrade Le Duc Cuong.
Comrade Pham Trong Hoang was born in 1969 in Hop Minh commune (formerly Vinh Thanh commune), Nghe An province; he joined the Party on October 10, 1990; and he has advanced political theory qualifications.
From February 2015 to June 2018, Comrade Pham Trong Hoang served as Secretary of the Tuong Duong District Party Committee; from October 2015, he was elected to the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, 18th term.
From July 2018 to April 2023, he was a member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, 18th and 19th terms, and served as Chief of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Office; from February 2023, he was approved by the Central Secretariat to join the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
On April 24, 2023, the Central Party Secretariat approved Comrade Pham Trong Hoang's appointment as Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, 19th term, 2020-2025.
At the 20th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Comrade Pham Trong Hoang was elected as a member of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
