Comrade Phan Duc Dong was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee (new)
The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee appointed comrade Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Vinh City to hold the position of Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee has just issued a Decision appointing the Vinh City Party Executive Committee (new) for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 65 comrades; the Vinh City Party Standing Committee (new) for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 19 comrades.
Appoint comrade Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Vinh City to hold the position of Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Appoint the following 4 comrades to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term:
- Comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Cua Lo Town Party Committee.
- Comrade Nguyen Van Lu - Permanent Deputy Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee.
- Comrade Le Thanh Long - Standing Deputy Secretary of Cua Lo Town Party Committee.
- Comrade Tran Ngoc Tu - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee.
The functions, tasks, powers and working relationships of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Vinh City Party Committee (new) are implemented according to Regulation No. 202-QD/TW dated August 2, 2019 of the Secretariat and other relevant regulations and instructions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. The Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Vinh City Party Committee (new) lead the development of working regulations and work programs; lead the assignment of tasks to members of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and leadership and management positions according to current regulations of the Party and the State.
This Decision comes into force from January 1, 2025.
