At the first meeting, the Vinh City Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term elected 13 comrades to the Vinh City Party Standing Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Phan Duc Dong was re-elected as Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; Comrade Nguyen Van Lu and Comrade Tran Ngoc Tu were re-elected as Deputy Secretaries of the City Party Committee.
