Comrade Ton Manh holds the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council of Nghe An.

On the afternoon of November 11th, the Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council of Nghe An Province held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on the transfer and appointment of officials to the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council.

Attending the ceremony were Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Provincial Party Committee: Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Bui Duy Son - Chief of the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and People's Council. Also present were representatives of the leaders of provincial departments and agencies.

In Decision No. 18/QD-HDND-TT, dated November 8, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council decided to appoint Comrade Ton Manh, Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Provincial Party Committee, to the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Nghe An Provincial People's Council.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Nam Dinh, presented the appointment decision and offered flowers to congratulate Comrade Ton Manh.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and highly appreciated Comrade Ton Manh as a well-trained official who has held many positions and has excellently fulfilled the assigned tasks.

Prior to being appointed as Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial National Assembly and People's Council Delegation, Comrade Ton Manh had a long career in advisory work serving the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee through various terms, and was recognized and highly appreciated by the provincial leadership.

Comrade Ton Manh was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Delegation of the National Assembly and the Provincial People's Council under conditions of a heavy and urgent workload, requiring high concentration to complete the assigned tasks. The Office of the Delegation of the National Assembly and the Provincial People's Council is a specialized agency, performing advisory and support tasks for many agencies and units.

In the immediate future, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council needs to provide good support to the Nghe An Provincial National Assembly Delegation regarding the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly; provide support for organizing the 34th Session of the 18th National Assembly (2021-2026 term); and implement necessary tasks to conduct the elections for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels (2026-2031 term). The Office should also develop and advise on a plan to innovate and improve the quality of the activities of the 19th Provincial People's Council (2026-2031 term) from the beginning of the term; summarize the activities of the term and plan for the new term, etc.

The comrade requested that the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council continue to uphold the spirit of pioneering and exemplary conduct, promote unity and consensus, and work together to fulfill the tasks assigned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council. Immediately after the announcement of the decision, the Office should review and reassign tasks among the leaders of the Office, clearly defining responsibilities and avoiding overlaps, ensuring no functions or duties are overlooked.

In addition, the Party Committee of the Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council reviewed and advised on the consolidation of positions within the Party Committee and its branches.

In addition, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council needs to strengthen coordination between the Office and the committees of the Provincial People's Council, and coordinate with agencies, departments, and sectors inside and outside the province to ensure synchronized and smooth leadership of the province and the unit.

In his acceptance speech, Comrade Ton Manh, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and People's Council, expressed his deep gratitude to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council; the leaders of the National Assembly Delegation, the People's Council Committees, the Provincial Party Committee Office, and the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and People's Council for their encouragement, support, and companionship throughout the past period. He pledged to continue to develop his abilities and strengths, closely coordinate with colleagues and agencies, and work together in unity and innovation to provide good advice and service to the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and People's Council.
