On the afternoon of June 27, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision to merge Nghe An Newspaper and Nghe An Radio and Television Station and the work of organizing cadres.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Nguyen Nam Dinh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Ngoc Kim Nam - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission. On June 21, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 3838-QD/TU on merging Nghe An Newspaper and Nghe An Radio - Television Station into Nghe An Newspaper and Radio - Television Station. Nghe An Newspaper and Radio - Television Station will start operating from July 1, 2025.

On June 26, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 3974-QD/TU on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Tran Minh Ngoc - Director of Nghe An Radio and Television Station to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper and Radio and Television Station. The decision takes effect from July 1, 2025.

Mobilize and appoint 6 comrades to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper and Radio - Television Station: Tran Van Hung - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper; Tran Huu Nghia - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper; Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper; Tran Thi Huyen - Deputy Director of Nghe An Radio - Television Station; Nguyen Trung Thao - Deputy Director of Nghe An Radio - Television Station; Phan Van Thang - Deputy Director of Nghe An Radio - Television Station.
