Comrade Tran Viet Dung holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee.

On the morning of December 10th, the Quỳnh Lưu District Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel matters.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. Also present were representatives of the leaders of provincial departments, agencies and Quynh Luu district.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department announced Decision No. 3015-QD/TU dated November 19, 2024, of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, which decided to transfer and appoint Comrade Tran Viet Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance - to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, delivered a speech assigning tasks to Comrade Tran Viet Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee, emphasizing: This is a great joy and honor for Comrade Tran Viet Dung personally, a recognition from the organization of his contributions during his work, and at the same time, a responsibility placed upon him.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council commented: Comrade Tran Viet Dung is a young cadre, well-trained, with firm political acumen, good moral character, a continuous striving history, having held many positions in various agencies, units and localities, and possessing practical experience at the grassroots level.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu suggested that Comrade Tran Viet Dung should immediately get to work, quickly grasp the situation, be thorough and attentive to the grassroots; be dedicated and committed, utilize his abilities and experience to strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks. He should continue to cultivate revolutionary ethics; uphold a high sense of responsibility and exemplary conduct; strictly adhere to the principle of democratic centralism; and firmly grasp the principles and regulations of the Party.

At the same time, together with the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Board of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee, we will preserve and promote the spirit of unity within the Party and the political system, leverage the strength of the great national unity, and create internal strength to drive rapid and sustainable local development.

The newly appointed Deputy Secretary of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee needs to work together with the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee to uphold a sense of responsibility and determination in leading and directing the implementation of political tasks, achieving the highest possible results in the socio-economic development goals and tasks of the locality. Focus on finding solutions to accelerate progress and achieve breakthroughs, completing the targets in the final year of implementing the Resolution of the 28th Congress of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

At the same time, direct the immediate implementation of Resolution No. 1243/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, which came into effect on December 1, 2024, on the rearrangement of district and commune-level administrative units in Nghe An province for the period 2023-2025, in the work of rearranging cadres and assets to prepare for the grassroots-level Party Congresses in a timely and on-schedule manner.

Focus intensely on leading and directing the effective implementation of Directive No. 35 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party. Decisively innovate and reorganize the political system's organizational structure to be streamlined, effective, and efficient, contributing to ushering our country into a new era, an era of national progress.

Emphasizing that the coming period is expected to bring many difficulties and challenges, with increasingly heavy tasks, and that more effort is needed to successfully complete all tasks entrusted by the Party, State, and People, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu requested that the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Party Committee of Quynh Luu District Party Committee clearly assign tasks, provide support, stand side-by-side, unite, and cooperate to help the new Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee to excellently fulfill the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, Comrade Tran Viet Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee, thanked the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for entrusting him with this new task and responsibility; affirming that this is both an honor and a great responsibility for him.

Comrade Tran Viet Dung pledged to make every effort, utilize his intellect, uphold the spirit of pioneering and exemplary conduct, and together with the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of Quynh Luu district and the entire political system, unite and work together to leverage collective intelligence, dynamism, and creativity to overcome challenges and difficulties, and lead Quynh Luu district to further development.
