Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.

The leaders of Nghe An province included: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; along with members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, agencies, the Provincial Fatherland Front and provincial-level political and social organizations; and Standing Committees of district, city, and town Party Committees.

On March 14, 2025, the Central Party Secretariat issued Decision No. 1999-QDNS/TW approving the appointment of Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - as Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung presented the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat approving the appointment of Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh as Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, was born on December 15, 1970; her hometown is Nghia An commune, Nghia Dan district, Nghe An province; she is of the Tho ethnic group. Professional qualifications: Bachelor of Economics; Political qualifications: Advanced; State management qualifications: Senior Specialist.

In his remarks assigning the task, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung expressed his sincere gratitude to the Central Party Secretariat, the Central Organization Department, the Party committees, and central agencies for their support and assistance in enabling the Provincial Party Committee to complete the personnel process and appoint Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung congratulated Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh on being trusted by the Provincial Party Committee and approved by the Central Party Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung assessed that Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh is a female cadre who has worked in many units, held many important positions, participated in two terms of the Provincial Party Committee, two terms of the Provincial People's Council, and served as a National Assembly delegate for the 2021-2026 term, and from January 2025 was elected to the position of Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Regardless of her position, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh always demonstrated a profound, thorough, and enthusiastic spirit, readily undertaking her tasks; showing dedication, responsibility, and a willingness to learn; possessing a spirit of striving for self-improvement, innovation, and creativity in her work; and being close to cadres, Party members, and the people.

In her capacity as Chairperson of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh has effectively promoted the spirit of building national unity, making many contributions together with the Provincial Party Committee to the implementation of tasks related to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and building a clean and strong Party and political system.

In her capacity as a National Assembly representative and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh has also made important and highly responsible contributions to the province's tasks, closely linked to the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Emphasizing that the higher the position, the greater the responsibility, and the greater the joy and pride, the Provincial Party Secretary stated that Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh must strive even harder to live up to the position she holds, to the trust of the Provincial Party Committee, and to the respect her colleagues have bestowed upon her.

Looking ahead, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung requested that, in her new position, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh continue to develop her abilities and strengths; continue to demonstrate a spirit of responsibility and political acumen; a spirit of innovation and creativity; a thorough, attentive, and enthusiastic approach to carrying out tasks; and quickly adapt to the new requirements of her new role.

Comrade, together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee, you must continue to lead, direct, and implement to achieve the highest possible level of the goals and targets set by the 19th Provincial Party Congress; especially the spirit of "accelerating and breaking through" to achieve a growth target of 10.5% or more.

Together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee will continue to mobilize various resources and implement key priorities, including administrative reform, to create the most favorable conditions for the province's development in the coming period.

Effectively implement the mechanisms, policies, and resolutions of the Central Committee, especially Resolution No. 39 of the Politburo; Resolution No. 36 and Resolution No. 137 of the National Assembly for the province.

During this period, the province focused its leadership and guidance on completing two important tasks: firstly, streamlining the organizational structure with higher requirements according to the roadmap directed by the Central Government, and achieving the best possible results; and secondly, continuing to meticulously prepare for the Party congresses at all levels.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung also requested that Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh continue to better fulfill her duties as Chairperson of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. She must work with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to lead and direct the restructuring and streamlining of Fatherland Front agencies, political and social organizations, and mass associations assigned by the Party and the State. At the same time, she must complete the program of mobilizing support for the construction and repair of houses for war veterans, the poor, and those with housing difficulties in the province.

As the Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, you need to continue to effectively fulfill your role in carrying out tasks, coordinating with the activities of the National Assembly and other National Assembly Delegations to bring about the highest efficiency for the province's development and solve the problems that arise in the province's development process.

As Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee at the grassroots level, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh must promptly grasp the new spirit and regulations, closely follow practical realities to continue implementing effectively, enhancing the fighting capacity and leadership capacity of the Party, and improving the capacity and quality of grassroots cadres to contribute to the province's development. She must closely coordinate with Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, the Fatherland Front, and advisory bodies to concretize mechanisms and policies aimed at development in the new phase.

In her acceptance speech, the new Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Vo Thi Minh Sinh, expressed her gratitude to the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat for their attention and trust in entrusting her with this great responsibility; the trust of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; the respect of the members of the Provincial Party Committee; and the confidence of the members of the Provincial Party Committee and key officials.

Emphasizing that this is a great honor for her, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh pledged to fully absorb and seriously implement the directives and assignments of Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung, considering this a top priority in the coming period.

In her new position, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh pledged to continuously study, cultivate, and improve her work capacity, maintain revolutionary qualities and ethics, and live an upright life. She will always uphold a high sense of responsibility, be dedicated to her work, strictly adhere to the Party's organizational and operational principles, and maintain administrative discipline and order.
