Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh was appointed Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An Province.

Attending the announcement ceremony were: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Inspection Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van De - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, National Assembly Deputies from the province, and leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and People's Council, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial People's Committee Office, and the Department of Internal Affairs.

On January 15, 2025, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed Resolution No. 1356/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly approving the election results of Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and National Assembly delegate of the 15th term - as Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province for the 15th term. The Resolution takes effect from the date of signing.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung, the Provincial Party Secretary presented the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly to Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, and Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung congratulated Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh on being nominated by the Provincial Party Standing Committee, elected by the National Assembly delegates of the province, and approved by the National Assembly Standing Committee to hold the position of Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung emphasized that Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh is a key official of the province, a female official, and a member of an ethnic minority group. She has a long and distinguished career, having risen through the ranks from the grassroots level and held many important positions in agencies within the province's political system.

In every position she has held, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh has consistently demonstrated dedication and responsibility, showing a deep understanding, thoroughness, and enthusiasm for her work.

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh has always demonstrated a spirit of openness, innovation, creativity, and a passionate and responsible work ethic. Particularly in her capacity as Chairperson of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, she maintains close ties with the people, fosters national unity, and makes significant contributions to the province's socio-economic development goals, especially in social welfare.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung expressed his hope that, in her capacity as Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh would pay attention to and successfully fulfill her assigned responsibilities. The role of Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation is extremely important, creating favorable conditions for National Assembly deputies and the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to perform and complete their duties effectively.

In particular, the Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation must take the lead in maintaining relationships with the Speaker of the National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and the National Assembly Delegations of other provinces and cities nationwide; and maintain good relationships with the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the departments, agencies, and localities within the province.

To achieve the above objectives, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized the crucial role of the Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation. Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh must be the central figure connecting, uniting, and organizing work systematically and scientifically so that National Assembly delegates can effectively carry out their assigned tasks.

At the same time, the new Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation needs to organize the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, as well as the National Assembly delegates, in accordance with regulations, requirements, and tasks, paying particular attention to improving quality in three areas.

Firstly, actively participate in the work of drafting, amending, supplementing, and perfecting laws, especially in the context of the whole country implementing the Central Committee's policy and the directives of General Secretary To Lam to remove institutional bottlenecks.

Secondly, they perform supreme oversight duties within the province or participate in parliamentary oversight delegations in other localities. Through oversight, they organize reviews to help the province address issues more effectively and efficiently.

Thirdly, it is important to address voters' petitions promptly, as it is the responsibility of National Assembly representatives to care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of voters, including complaints and denunciations.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung expressed his hope that the Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Vo Thi Minh Sinh, and other National Assembly deputies of the 15th term from Nghe An province would continue to pay attention to and support the province in resolving issues and helping the province achieve its development goals in the coming time.

To enable the new Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies to successfully carry out and complete her duties, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will continue to create favorable conditions and hopes that the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and all departments, agencies, and localities will continue to provide support to Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh.

In her acceptance speech, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - expressed her honor and pride in receiving the position of Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province. She emphasized that this is not only a great responsibility but also an honor for her personally in the process of training, striving, and growing.

The Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Vo Thi Minh Sinh, affirmed that she is aware that the task she undertakes requires not only personal effort but also the unity and sharing of all members of the National Assembly delegation, the leadership and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee, and the close coordination and cooperation of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and other departments, agencies, and localities in the province.

Emphasizing the context of the country facing many new challenges and opportunities, especially the Party's major policies on reorganizing the apparatus and removing institutional bottlenecks, the role of the National Assembly has become more important than ever. The Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Vo Thi Minh Sinh, affirmed that, with the responsibility of being representatives of the people, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will continue to strive tirelessly to perform its functions and duties well, protect the legitimate rights of voters, and participate in building institutions and laws to serve the development of the country in the new era.
The Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Vo Thi Minh Sinh, stated that she will continue to work with her colleagues in the National Assembly Delegation to maximize the achievements and results attained by the Delegation over the past years; continue to be more attentive in engaging with and listening to the opinions of voters, promoting legislative activities, and strengthening oversight work.

At the same time, they will closely coordinate with local Party committees, governments, and central agencies in proposing and recommending mechanisms and policies related to the locality, and actively cooperate with local Party committees and governments in social welfare work in the areas where National Assembly representatives are elected.
