Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh meets with voters in Vinh Hung ward.

21 voters raised 39 issues.

At the conference, after hearing the announcement from Provincial People's Council delegate Cao Tien Trung - Head of the Economic and Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council - regarding the planned program and content of the mid-year 2026 session of the Provincial People's Council, 21 voters frankly raised concerns and proposed 39 issues related to people's lives and the overall development of the locality.

Voter Le Thanh Minh, residing in Block 9, Quan Bau, reported that the planned land subdivision and resettlement area of ​​over 9 hectares has been underway for many years but remains unfinished. Currently, the agricultural land has been reclaimed, compensated, and cleared, and residents have built houses; however, the residential land, affecting 23 households within the planned area, has not yet been reclaimed. These residents are not allowed to repair, build houses, or conduct other transactions.

Voter Le Thanh Minh requested that the competent authorities provide a solution and a clear answer to the voters regarding whether the project will continue to be implemented and, if so, when it will be carried out.

Also concerned about investment projects in the area, voters in Vinh Hung ward reflected on the unfinished land use rights auction planning project in Trung Thanh block; and the Truong Sinh enterprise's land acquisition project, which has been underway for 6 years, but currently 10 households have not yet received compensation.

Voters also requested that the competent authorities provide transparent information to voters and the public regarding several resettlement areas and land use right auctions that are currently "on hold" in the area.

Voter Tran Thi Thu Ha from Block 6, Quan Bau, reported that the old 874 apartment complex, which has existed for over 30 years, is now severely dilapidated, posing a safety risk to residents. Whenever a storm approaches, 27 households have to relocate to safer areas. Therefore, she requested that relevant authorities pay attention and find solutions to ensure stable living conditions and safety for the residents.

Voters in Vinh Hung ward also reflected on and proposed that the competent authorities pay attention to the construction of several dilapidated roads in the area, including Nguyen Chi Thanh road; and find solutions to address environmental pollution from irrigation canal 16B and small-scale livestock farms in residential areas.

Voters in Vinh Hung ward also raised concerns and made suggestions regarding difficulties in planning and addressing current shortcomings; directing unfinished construction projects in the area; land conversion and issuance of land use right certificates; inadequacies in electricity, water, and transportation systems in some residential projects in the area; and compensation policies for production losses due to storms and floods.

Voters also raised concerns regarding issues such as the organization of blocks and hamlets, the remuneration system for block officials, the allowance system for Party work at the commune level, and digital transformation efforts.

Following feedback from voters, leaders of provincial departments, agencies, and Vinh Hung ward acknowledged and addressed issues within their jurisdiction and responsibility.

Improving the quality of handling voter petitions.

At the conclusion of the meeting with voters, Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, acknowledged and sincerely thanked the voters for their frank and constructive opinions; and directly addressed four groups of issues.

Regarding projects that are behind schedule and have been stalled for many years, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh informed: This is an issue that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has been focusing on and directing decisively, from establishing a Steering Committee chaired by the Provincial Party Secretary, to establishing 14 working groups led by members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to review, resolve difficulties and obstacles, and urge implementation.

Regarding the responsibilities and authority of the ward, it is necessary to proactively conduct a comprehensive review of all projects in the area, in conjunction with soliciting public opinion, in order to make adjustments or create new plans that meet new development requirements and address existing shortcomings and limitations.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh also explained and emphasized: Developing science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation according to Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo is a key task to bring the country and homeland to development in the new era, ensuring digitalization, transparency, and interconnectedness in state management, listening to and resolving suggestions and feedback from voters. Therefore, it is hoped that the entire political system of Vinh Hung ward and each official, party member, and citizen will strive to contribute to the common movement, with each person contributing a practical idea and solution, to promote the digital literacy movement.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also expressed his hope that officials, Party members, and the people of Vinh Hung ward would continue to work together and contribute to the overall development of the ward and the province.

Regarding the province's responsibility, the issues raised and proposed by voters should not be addressed merely through explanations, but must be resolved with concrete results, ensuring the rights and interests of voters and the people are protected.
