The family of Ms. Ngan Thi Sen in Khe Lo village, Mon Son commune, received a guarantee from the commune's Farmers' Association, facilitating their access to capital from the District Social Policy Bank. With this initial loan, she invested in raising sows, earning over 50 million VND in profit annually. Following the principle of "using short-term gains to fund long-term growth," she used the profits to invest in fattening buffaloes and cows, raising goats and free-range chickens, and digging a pond for fish farming. In 2015, she added deer farming to her livestock, generating an income of 10 million VND per year from selling antlers. Her family's total income now exceeds 100 million VND per year.

The Farmers' Association of Mon Son commune currently has nearly 1683 members, organized into 12 branches. Through specific action programs, the poverty rate is trending downwards, from 54% in 2014 to 47% of farmer members' families in the commune currently classified as poor.
Mr. Dau Trong Hung, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Mon Son commune, said: "To date, over 80% of the commune's farmer members have accessed preferential loan capital. The total outstanding loan balance of the association's credit activities has reached nearly 10 billion VND."
