(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of August 27, at Ho Chi Minh Square (Vinh City), thousands of Nghe An people came to attend the ceremony and watch the quarter-final match of Asiad 2018 between Vietnam and Syria on a 70m2 LED screen.
