Accordingly, at around 2:00 p.m. on July 18, Cam Xuyen District Police detectives suddenly inspected and caught 6 subjects gambling in the form of three-card poker for money at Cafe 38 in Nam Huu Quyen village, Cam Huy commune, Cam Xuyen district, Ha Tinh province.
The subjects include: Hoang Van Hung (born in 1991, Cafe owner), Phan Van Hung (born in 1990, residing in Cam Xuyen town), Le Van Suu (born in 1962, residing in Cam Quang commune), Bui Huu Luong (born in 1981), Hoang Huu Bao (born in 1989), Nguyen Van Cuong (born in 1962), all residing in Cam Huy commune, Cam Xuyen district.

At the scene, police seized a total of 81 million VND, many decks of cards, 11 cell phones and many related exhibits.
