Authorities raided a massive fake coffee production facility in Nghe An.
(Baonghean.vn) - At Ms. Oanh's facility, the task force discovered that the facility was producing and packaging counterfeit coffee under the brand names of other companies.
According to the head of the Market Management Department, at 8:30 AM on July 21st, Team No. 2 of the Market Management Department of the province inspected the establishment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh, located in Nghi Lam commune, Nghi Loc district.

During the inspection, the task force discovered that Ms. Oanh's facility was producing and packaging 44 packages of coffee bearing the Da Lat brand (located in Gia Lam commune, Lam Ha district, Lam Dong province); 5 packages of coffee bearing the Quang Anh brand (located in Hiep Thanh ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City); 4 packages of coffee bearing the Voi Voi brand (located in Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city); and 1 package of coffee bearing the IMCS brand, which is manufactured abroad.
The task force issued an administrative penalty of 7,000,000 VND to Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh for the act of producing goods with packaging that falsely bears the name and address of another business.

Simultaneously, the task force confiscated all the aforementioned infringing goods, along with tools, raw materials, and packaging used in the production of counterfeit goods, for processing according to the law. The estimated value of the confiscated goods is 15,780,000 VND.
