Breaking into a huge fake coffee 'production' furnace in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) - At Ms. Oanh's facility, the working group discovered that this facility was producing and packaging fake coffee brands of other units.

The leader of the Market Management Department said that at 8:30 a.m. on July 21, Market Management Team No. 2 under the Provincial Market Management Department inspected the facility of Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh located in Nghi Lam commune, Nghi Loc district.

Through inspection, the working group discovered that Ms. Oanh's facility was producing and packaging 44 packages of Da Lat branded coffee (address: Gia Lam commune, Lam Ha district, Lam Dong province); 5 packages of Quang Anh branded coffee (address: Hiep Thanh ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City); 4 packages of Voi Voi branded coffee (address: Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city); 1 package of IMCS branded coffee produced abroad.

The working group has drawn up a record of administrative violation fine of 7,000,000 VND against Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh for the act of producing goods with packaging that forged the name and address of another trader.

At the same time, the working group confiscated all the above-mentioned infringing exhibits, along with tools, raw materials, and packaging used to produce counterfeit goods, for handling in accordance with the law. The estimated value of the infringing exhibits is VND 15,780,000./.
