“Invading” the racetrack of America's super-rich
The club only recruits 500 members, most of whom are super rich. Each villa here is worth up to 7 million USD.

| Villas with racetrack views cost up to $7 million, and have garages large enough to accommodate impressive car collections. |

| Club members can race on an 8.2km track with some of the best road conditions in the world. Surrounding the track is a village full of sports cars. |

| Inside the club there are plenty of event spaces, bars, restaurants and dining rooms. Of course there are also luxurious meeting rooms for wealthy owners. |

| Currently, the club has only 62 members, from the US, Kuwait and Canada. The members of this club are entrepreneurs, business owners, lawyers and investors. What they have in common is that they have a lot of money. |

| To get to the track, members can take a helicopter or drive their own car. They can also build their own villas in the surrounding area. There are currently 268 lots, with an additional 232 available for sale. |

| There are 8 designs, or members can use their own designs. They usually range in size from 280 to 750 square meters, with the largest villas being up to 1,400 square meters. Currently, 16 villas have been completed, 7 are under construction and 15 are in use. |

| Inside this rich residential area there are full services. In particular, some villas have a capacity of 15 to 20 cars. |

| Construction costs typically range from $4.6 million to $7 million per unit. Villas with balconies facing the racetrack are typically more expensive. |

| The track was conceived by renowned designer Alan Wilson, and features three combined lanes with a total length of 8.2 km. |

| The club can even organise its own races, members all have racing licenses and can race in two classes on weekends. |

| The area around the racetrack is a sports village with full accompanying services, including refueling and car maintenance. |

| Many supercar manufacturers such as McLaren, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche also rent this racetrack to organize tournaments. Some famous racing models are also launched here such as Ferrari 488 Challenger or Lamborghini Huracan Performante. |
