The section Km24+628.81 - Km24+1051.21 of National Highway 7 through Van Yen hamlet, Hoa Son commune (Do Luong) has a length of 422.4m and is within the scope of the National Highway 7 Renovation and Upgrade Project, approved by the Vietnam Road Administration for the adjusted construction drawing design in Decision No. 4654/QD-CDBVN dated November 7, 2023. However, the construction work has been delayed for a long time due to problems in site clearance.
