Detailed schedule for organizing the grassroots Party Congress in Vinh City

Currently, the Vinh City Party Committee has directed the preparation work for Party Congresses at all levels with a proactive, focused, urgent spirit and ensuring compliance with the Party's regulations and principles.

Accordingly, for the grassroots party congresses, in January 2025, there will be 3 units organizing model congresses: Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital Party Committee; Truong Thi Ward Party Committee; Hung Chinh Commune Party Committee. Hung Binh Ward Party Committee is also expected to organize in January 2025.

In February 2025, it is expected that 11 ward and commune party committees will hold congresses, including: Hung Loc, Hung Hoa, Nghi Phong, Cua Nam, Nghi Hai, Hung Phuc, Nghi Tan, Ben Thuy, Quan Bau, Nghi Thuy, Dong Vinh. In addition, 3 agency and unit party committees will also hold congresses, including: Vinh Market Management Board; Nghe An Rehabilitation Hospital, Central College of Transport IV.

In March 2025, it is expected that 23 party committees will hold congresses, including 17 party committees of wards and communes: Phuc Tho, Nghi Kim, Nghi Thu, Nghi Duc, Hung Dung, Nghi Phu, Ha Huy Tap, Nghi Hoa, Trung Do, Nghi Xuan, Nghi Thai, Hung Dong, Thu Thuy; Le Loi, Nghi Huong, Nghi Lien, Nghi An.

In addition, there are 6 party committees of agencies and units scheduled to hold congresses in March 2025, including: Nghe An Oncology Hospital, Nghe An Mental Hospital, Nghe An Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital, Nghe An General Friendship Hospital, Vinh City General Hospital.

In April 2025, it is expected that 8 Party Committees will hold congresses, including 2 Party Committees of wards and communes (new Vinh Tan and new Quang Trung) and 6 Party Committees of agencies and units, including: Vinh Telecommunications Center; City Government agencies, Vinh City Party Committee, Fatherland Front agencies and city organizations, City Police, City Military Command.

For the grassroots party congresses with 61 units, it is expected that in January 2025, 4 grassroots party chapters will hold congresses including: Vinh Railway Station Market Management Board; Dang Thai Mai Secondary School, City Voluntary Drug Rehabilitation Center, Vinh SOS Children's Village.

In February 2025, 27 grassroots party cells will hold congresses; in March 2025, 17 grassroots party cells will hold congresses; and in April 2025, 13 grassroots party cells will hold congresses.

The Party organizations of the type of enterprises transferred to the City Party Committee are expected to submit to the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee for approval of the congress after receiving 28 units, including 27 agency Party Committees and 1 Party cell. These units are expected to hold congresses in March - April 2025.
