Expected schedule for the grassroots Party Congress in Vinh City.

Currently, the Vinh City Party Committee has directed the preparation for the Party Congress at all levels with a proactive, focused, and urgent approach, ensuring compliance with the Party's regulations and principles.

Accordingly, for grassroots Party congresses, three units will hold pilot congresses in January 2025: the Party Committee of Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital; the Party Committee of Truong Thi Ward; and the Party Committee of Hung Chinh Commune. The Party Committee of Hung Binh Ward is also expected to hold its congress in January 2025.

In February 2025, it is expected that 11 ward and commune Party committees will hold their congresses, including: Hung Loc, Hung Hoa, Nghi Phong, Cua Nam, Nghi Hai, Hung Phuc, Nghi Tan, Ben Thuy, Quan Bau, Nghi Thuy, and Dong Vinh. In addition, 3 Party committees of agencies and units will also hold their congresses: Vinh Market Management Board; Nghe An Rehabilitation Hospital; and Central IV College of Transportation.

In March 2025, it is expected that 23 Party committees will hold congresses, including 17 ward/commune Party committees: Phuc Tho, Nghi Kim, Nghi Thu, Nghi Duc, Hung Dung, Nghi Phu, Ha Huy Tap, Nghi Hoa, Trung Do, Nghi Xuan, Nghi Thai, Hung Dong, Thu Thuy; Le Loi, Nghi Huong, Nghi Lien, Nghi An.

In addition, six Party committees of agencies and units are expected to hold their congresses in March 2025, including: Nghe An Oncology Hospital, Nghe An Mental Hospital, Nghe An Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital, Nghe An Friendship Multi-specialty Hospital, and Vinh City General Hospital.

In April 2025, it is expected that 8 Party committees will hold congresses, including 2 ward/commune Party committees (Vinh Tan new and Quang Trung new) and 6 Party committees of agencies and units, including: Vinh Telecommunications Center; City Government agencies, Vinh City Party Committee, City Fatherland Front and mass organizations, City Police, and City Military Command.

Regarding the grassroots Party branch congresses, there are 61 units, and it is expected that 4 grassroots Party branches will hold their congresses in January 2025, including: Vinh Train Station Market Management Board; Dang Thai Mai Secondary School; City Voluntary Drug Rehabilitation Center; and SOS Children's Village Vinh.

In February 2025, 27 grassroots Party branches will hold their congresses; in March 2025, 17 grassroots Party branches will hold their congresses; and in April 2025, 13 grassroots Party branches will hold their congresses.

Party organizations of the enterprise type that have been transferred to the City Party Committee are expected to submit their congresses to the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee for approval after the transfer. There are 28 units, including 27 agency party committees and 1 branch party committee. These units are expected to hold their congresses in March - April 2025.
