Lure many guys into motel to rob
Hua Thi Kim Thuy, 26 years old, used social media to get to know young men, lure them to motels, then drug them with sleeping pills to rob them.
On August 11, Phan Thiet City Police (Binh Thuan) prosecuted Hua Thi Kim Thuy for the crime ofRobberyAccording to Article 168 of the Penal Code. The defendant was released on bail because he is raising a young child.

According to initial investigation, due to needing money to spend, Thuy came up with the idea of using social media to "trap" men and young people "greedy for strange things" in Binh Thuan province to steal their property.
After getting acquainted with a young man in Ham Thuan Bac district, on the evening of August 7, Thuy texted him to invite him to Phan Thiet city to "talk" at a cheap motel. She crushed 4 sleeping pills into powder, wrapped them in paper and brought them to the meeting place.
Thuy put sleeping pills in the beer and got the young man drunk. When the victim was unconscious, she took his phone (worth 3.5 million VND), 70,000 VND and fled with his Exciter motorbike. After selling the motorbike for more than 30 million VND, Thuy gambled and spent the money.
A week earlier, using the same trick, Thuy robbed a young man of an Air Blade motorbike and an iPhone.
The investigation agency is expanding the case, suspecting Thuy has committed crimes against other people.
